J’mya has had some major health struggles in her short life so far, including leukemia and sickle cell disease.  At eight years old, J’mya is energetic and fun-loving, and is working with a counselor to develop coping strategies for her various medical treatments.  She needs a family to help her through all her health issues.

J’mya is a sweet little girl with a charismatic personality. She is energetic and vivacious. She is described as having a rambunctious personality and will let you know what she needs. J’mya enjoys the simple things in life like coloring and playing outside. She has a great personality and those around her enjoy how bright and alert she is.

J’mya has a fighter’s personality and has been able to deal with things in such a positive and endearing fashion. She is diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Anemia (Leukemia), Dermatitis, and Sickle Cell Disease. J’mya has been a trooper throughout her treatment process and always has a positive outlook while in treatment.
